Doug, the SW Fox website states "Although we welcome sessions on integrating VFP with other technologies, we are not interested in sessions designed to move developers away from VFP."
Two things strike me about this:
1) Surely there are developers who have some clients (or employers) in VFP, and some who are moving to .NET. (In the early part of this decade, that certainly described my situation).
In that case, the very content that SW Fox is not interesting in, might be of interest to people I just described. As such, you're not moving the developer "entirely" away from VFP.
2) One of the larger discussion topics in the VFP world is VFP to .NET conversions. Would you not agree?

Hi Kevin.
I agree that there is lots of discussion on VFP to .NET conversion and interest in .NET in general. We expect that some of the sessions at SWFox will be about integrating VFP and .NET, such as Alan Stevens' session last year on the Interop Toolkit or Rick Strahl's session on calling VFP COM components from ASP.NET.
However, based on comments we've heard from attendees, both at last year's conference and conferences in the past, most are not interested in sessions that discuss moving away from VFP but rather sessions that focus on getting more out of VFP, including integrating VFP with other technologies.
Doug
